Bay Street Film Festival

We’re thrilled to present our next remarkable documentary on Thursday, November 13 at 8 pm at 314 Bay Street (above the Hoito).

We’re screening Arctic Defenders , a feature film about the creation of Nunavut and the history of the largest land claim in Western civilization.  The film documents the monumental achievements of determined people with a vision to have a say in their future, the governance of their territory.

The film’s writer and director, John Walker will join us for a post-screening Q+A and host a Master Class at Confederation College in Room 351, the Lecture Theatre in the Shuniah Building on Friday, November 14 at 10 am.
